Purchase retraction
Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 states that the Right of Withdrawal applies to sales using non-traditional or distance methods. Therefore, through MIC's email address micservicioalcliente@mic.com.pa, a request for the right of withdrawal is valid if the request is notified within five (5) business days following the date of delivery of the good.
The Customer requesting the application of the Right of Withdrawal must return the product in the same condition in which it was received, i.e., the product must not show signs of use or suitability issues not reported at the time of delivery. The costs of transport and other expenses related to the return of the good will be borne by MOVIES. Likewise, the good must be returned with all its accessories and original packaging. For this purpose, a MOVIES representative will verify the general condition of the item. If necessary, photographs of the condition of the packaging and the product will be requested.
If the product presents any quality issue not reported at the time of delivery, the good will be sent to an Authorized Service Center for a technical diagnosis, in which case it will be handled according to the deadlines stipulated by Law 1480 of 2011 (Articles 7 to 12) for warranty claims, and the applicability of the Right of Withdrawal will be communicated.
The refund of money in exercise of the Right of Withdrawal will be made no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the right was exercised, and no discount or retention will be applied.
